Sarah Coleman Dental Assistant career was short, because her destiny took a turn when she became a member of the cast the reality television series "Beauty and the Geek". Beauty and the Geek is a reality television series broadcasted on CW. It has been advertised as "The Ultimate Social Experiment" and is produced by Ashton Kutcher, Jason Goldberg and Nick Santora. The format became really popular and now the show has its own version in other countries as well, including England, Bulgaria. The name in each country is slightly different, but the idea remains the same. Sarah Coleman has worked as a dental assistant, and was paired up together with Wes Wilson. The pair were eliminated from the competition during its sixth week.

The concept of the show is simple. Each season, 8 "beauties" (young women who have relied primarily on their looks thus far in life) and 8 "geeks" (young men who have relied primarily on intellect and are socially inept) are paired up to compete as couples for $250,000 and other prizes, including travel packages for two. The idea is that the two live together and face different challenges each day, competing against the other couples in the show. They live together in one room, during the course of the show. After each mission, one couple gets eliminated. The winners of a given challenges choose a total of two teams to compete against each other in a pure "quiz show" type question and answer session. The team that gets the fewest number of questions correct is eliminated.

There are a lot of positive and helpful things that the contestants learn during the "Beauty and the Geek". When the end comes, all the contestants admit that they have learn more than just a thing or two about the opposite sex and how to interact with people from a different social group and things about the human nature in general.

Te theme song, called "Let's Make Lots of Money" is produced and performed by the world-famous Pet Shop Boys. The song was originally released in 1985 and it's used also on the British version. But the first two seasons had a different theme song - "The Geeks Get the Girls" by American Hi-Fi.

The fourth season premiered on September 18, making Beauty and the Geek the first series to premiere for the CW for the 2007-08 television season. Beauty and the Geek was renewed for a fifth season, which premiered on March 12, 2008. The fifth season is currently scheduled to be the final one, at least until enough time has passes to make the format seem fresh again or if producers come up with a new ideas giving the format a new twist.

A lot of colleges nationwide have classes and offer degrees for dental assistants. Education is of primie importance in this profession. But taking just one course is never enough, that's why the program consists of several courses. Degrees are what make up good resumes.
